As Brand Partnership Manager you will head Creed's efforts in acquiring, nurturing and developing the company's growing roster of brand partnerships. The Brand Partnerships Manager will oversee all pre-sales dimensions and assure that clients' needs are identified and met using Creed's product offering, leveraging a wide variety of digital media.

The Brand Partnership Manager will also be responsible for identifying potential clients and developing a strong sales narrative. Furthermore, the Brand Partnerships Manager will work closely with Creed’s management and product development team to further develop the company's product offering, ensuring that clients' needs are met to an exceptional level.  

As Brand Partnerships Manager at Creed you will:

  • Oversee and manage the brand client segment at Creed.  
  • Nurture and develop existing client relations.
  • Be responsible for achieving client segment objectives.
  • Oversee and assist managers in developing products and services offering that successfully meets the needs of brands. 
  • Identify and initiate conversations with key brands and partners that would benefit from Creed's product offering. 
  • Develop and execute stellar pitches and presentations to brands and agencies. 
  • Together with the wider partnership team, ensure that key metrics and objectives are met on a quarterly basis.  
  • Ensure that client success is emanate through a rigorous needs analysis prior to partnership initiation. 

We’re looking for:

  • A true team player, with a proven track-record of working with local and global brands through digital media.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing sales or client direction.
  • Creative thinking combined with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to form and maintain enduring relationships both internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaborating in an international / remote team environment.
  • Innovative thinking and curiosity – question current paradigms.
  • A hands-on get-stuff-done mentality.
  • Good understanding of global brands digital marketing needs as well as the current media landscape.
  • Provaliant in interpersonal communication skills.
  • Thriving in a hyper-growth environment, with a high comfort level with ambiguity and adapting to change.
  • University degree, ideally in Marketing or General Management.
  • Full English Professional Proficiency.
