Senior Product Designer - UI/UX
Creed Media is looking for a passionate and innovative Product Designer to join our growing team! As a key member of the tech team, you will play a fundamental role in visual guidance of our platform by creating engaging and user-centric digital experiences that fuel growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech Team, Commercial Sales) to develop user-focused designs that align with business goals and drive user acquisition and retention.
Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions, improving the overall customer journey.
Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design ideas and concepts.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and evolving business needs.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our product offering.
Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
Advocate for the user experience and champion design thinking across the product development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with developers and project leads to ensure smooth handoff and execution of designs.
Present your design work to stakeholders and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, ideally working on consumer-facing digital products.
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms (mobile, web, etc.).
Proficiency in design tools like Figma and FigJam/Whimsical is a must.
Experience conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and expectation management skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
Full fluency in the English language is required for the position.
Nice to Have:
Experience with motion design or animation (e.g., using tools like After Effects or Blender).
Experience in the entertainment, media, music, or social networking industry.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Introduction Meeting with the Recruitment Manager - Meet the recruitment manager and discuss your background and alignment with the position and your motivations for applying for the role!
Design Challenge - You’ll be presented with a fantasy design challenge in line with real world scenarios within the company to show your capabilities!
Team Interview and Challenge Review - In this meeting we’ll go over the result of your challenge and have an opportunity to meet our team to evaluate your communication skills and collaboration methods.
Final Interview by Senior Leadership and Culture - In this final meeting you will discuss your personal vision and development and your alignment with the Company’s direction.
If you successfully complete the interview process, the team will extend a formal offer to you. At this point, the recruitment manager will walk you through the compensation package, benefits, and next steps.
