As a Senior Commercial Strategist at Creed Media, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Creed’s strategic and business development initiatives in the digital marketing space. Working closely with our Music Partnerships and Commercial teams, you will lead the development of innovative solutions to meet client objectives and amplify the impact of artists and tracks worldwide. This role requires a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and an unwavering passion for cutting-edge digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Business Development
Develop Strategic Proposals: Lead the creation of large-scale client partnership proposals, ensuring alignment with both client objectives and Creed’s internal capabilities. Large focus on innovative strategy and putting together solutions that are out of the box.
Support Client Growth: Collaborate with Commercial Head to shape long-term strategies and identify new business opportunities for key accounts, ensuring Creed’s continued growth in digital marketing.
New Offerings & Market Expansion: Drive the packaging and development of new commercial offerings in collaboration with commercial leadership.
Client Success: Ensure the success of client campaigns, focusing on scalable solutions and profitability to secure enduring partnerships.
Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify opportunities for significant growth within key accounts and lead new consulting projects aimed at expanding Creed’s commercial reach.
Mentorship: Support underperforming team members through tailored action plans, helping them achieve professional growth.
Creative & Strategic Insights
Stay Current in Market Trends: Continuously stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tactics relevant to Creed’s target industries (Music, Media & Streaming).
Lead Ideation & Implementation: Spearhead creative strategy development for clients, ensuring solutions are both innovative and feasible.
Product Development: Oversee insights and strategy work to elevate existing product offerings and lead workshops that drive strategic implementations.
Project & Client Relationship Management
Account Management: Oversee and support key accounts, focusing on growth and stability with the potential for a smooth transition to other commercial managers.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with new clients by assessing their needs and providing strategic value to unlock opportunities.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate with the Ops Team to ensure the organization has adequate resources to meet client expectations on international projects.
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
Quarterly Analysis & CRM Management: Assist in managing CRM systems, facilitating quarterly reviews, and supporting finance operations.
Team Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new team members, helping them integrate into Creed’s commercial strategy and values.
