We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Marketing Manager to join our marketing team! As a Marketing Manager at Creed Media, you will spearhead innovative and culturally relevant marketing strategies that keep the brand top-of-mind within the industry. This includes digital content, social media activation, events, and special campaigns designed to build momentum around Creed Media’s projects and partnerships.
Your role will also extend into sharing our successes through both Creed's and employees' personal social media channels. You will oversee projects like client outreach, newsletters, and social campaigns, ensuring our brand consistently feels vibrant and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities:
- Set marketing goals and objectives that reflect the fast-moving nature of our industry and align with company growth.
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing strategies to increase Creed Media’s visibility through innovative and shareable content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and newsletters.
- Develop creative social media campaigns that capture the essence of Creed Media’s activations, projects, and client relationships, balancing both personal employee engagement and brand-level initiatives.
- Collaborate on internal content strategies to ensure highlights from successful projects are shared across all relevant channels (e.g., internal updates, social posts, and client communications).
- Optimize the Creed Media newsletter, focusing on providing valuable industry insights while ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Lead client outreach initiatives such as seasonal send-outs, birthday celebrations, and event-driven engagements, ensuring they are authentic, shareable, and reflective of our Swedish heritage.
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to identify and promote high-performing projects, utilizing data to elevate our involvement in chart-topping Spotify, TikTok, and Billboard songs.
- Manage content creation for events, internal marketing efforts, and client campaigns, ensuring it remains culturally relevant, artsy, and delivers a compelling vibe.
- Track KPIs regularly for all marketing efforts and report on these to guide data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and trends in digital marketing, content creation, and big data analysis, implementing best practices to ensure our strategies remain at the forefront.
- Create annual marketing plans based on data, trends, and cultural relevance while ensuring alignment with Creed Media’s overall growth strategy.
- Oversee paid social tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Pipedrive) to ensure effective performance across channels.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a proven ability to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Client-centric mindset with experience in CRM systems and social media marketing tools (Tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in social media content creation across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), with a flair for creating engaging, culturally relevant content.
- Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing diverse marketing campaigns, from digital activations to physical client send-outs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be working closely with sales, development, and third-party teams to bring our marketing vision to life.
- Ability to stay ahead of trends and ensure that Creed Media’s marketing remains cutting-edge, vibrant, and in tune with our audience.
