Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Music
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager in Music Operations, your primary goal is to help Creed build the best marketing operations teams in the world while ensuring teams remain engaged and motivated. You will support the Head of Music Operations in executing strategy, facilitating action plans, and driving the company’s overarching goals.
You will inspire team members to exceed expectations, empower them, and provide the necessary support. You are also responsible for fostering an inclusive and sustainable team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Have the highest accountability for project performance, ensuring high-quality execution.
Work proactively to quality assure and optimize projects.
Provide hands-on support to team members while challenging them to reach their full potential.
Onboard and mentor new team members.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews with support from the Head of Music Operations.
Support in recruitment processes and team capacity tracking.
Build and foster an inclusive, empowered, and creative culture.
Serve as a mentor, developing the next generation of marketing specialists and culture carriers.
Maintain team morale, efficiency, and overall performance.
Operations & Strategy Execution
Ensure quality assurance and process optimization across projects.
Lead execution on campaigns and provide coverage for team members on PTO or sick leave.
Prepare, approve, and quality-assure campaign updates and reports.
Support the Head of Music Operations in developing strategies for operations.
Oversee weekly performance and output tracking, along with relevant administrative tasks.
Champion the evolution of new workflows, SaaS integrations, automations, and tech solutions (e.g., ACOS).
Lead internal task forces for priority initiatives and high-budget campaigns.
Client & Commercial Collaboration
Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
Work with Commercial to prepare and streamline all client-facing initiatives, including weekly calls and campaigns.
Support international streamlining for ongoing projects and campaign strategy development.
Collaborate across Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Tech to drive cross-functional efficiency.
Oversee boosting efforts when needed.
Performance & Financial Accountability
Ensure accountability for campaign performance, project P&L, and extensions.
Prepare and present performance-related reports when required.
Pioneer new strategies and adapt to evolving digital trends.
Support new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.
Engage actively in strategic conversations, providing valuable insights.
