The Role
We’re looking for a Creator Relations Analyst to join our Stockholm HQ. This role sits at the intersection of negotiation, relationship management, and campaign execution, ensuring every creator collaboration is fast, smooth, and strategically aligned.
You’ll work closely with our Creator Sourcing and Strategy teams to maintain an active pipeline of creators across genres and markets, while securing deals that deliver impact, speed, and efficiency for our clients. Your work will directly influence how global artists break through online.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate creator partnerships globally to secure the right fit at the right value.
Maintain an active creator pipeline, ensuring campaigns launch quickly with pre-qualified, ready-to-activate talent.
Collaborate with Creator Sourcing to align talent selection, audience data, and campaign goals.
Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators and their teams to strengthen Creed’s creator network.
Ensure clear, professional communication and rapid follow-through across all campaign stages and where your support is needed.
Spot opportunities for smarter deal structures (bundles, long-term partnerships, or regional leverage).
Your mission: turn great creator relationships into campaign speed, impact, and financial efficiency.
About You

Bonus skills:
Understanding of CPM, engagement, and influencer marketing KPIs.
Experience with Airtable, Notion, or data-driven project tools.
Previous experience in creator partnerships, marketing, or account management.
What Success Looks Like
Campaigns launch on time with ready-to-post creators.
Negotiations close efficiently and under target CPM benchmarks.
Creator relationships are strong, long-term, and trust-based.
Internal teams describe you as the reason campaigns move faster and cost smarter.
Compensation & Growth
This is a full-time role based in Stockholm with a fixed monthly salary of 25,000 SEK. At Creed, you’ll join a team redefining how music and culture move online, combining data, creativity, and collaboration at scale. You’ll work on campaigns for some of the world’s top artists and brands, and develop skills that blend relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
