We’re now expanding our Creator Sourcing team in Stockholm and looking for someone who blends creative curiosity with analytical precision. You’ll help identify and evaluate creators who can authentically amplify our campaigns, ensuring every activation is grounded in data, community insight, and cultural relevance.
You will work with an international team and help us deliver great results to some of the world's largest labels, artists and brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Scout and analyze emerging creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, using both intuition and data to identify the right fits for campaigns.
- Evaluate creator performance using key metrics (views, engagement rate, audience geography, CPM efficiency, consistency).
- Match creators with music projects based on audience overlap, tone, and cultural positioning.
- Maintain and update creator databases and dashboards to track performance trends across campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Delivery teams to build creator rosters that maximize cultural impact and ROI.
- Stay on top of global creator trends, aesthetics, and online communities, from mainstream to niche, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
About you:
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture and short-form storytelling—you know what performs and why.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset: you like to measure, test, and optimize rather than guess.
- Fast learner who enjoys structure, processes, and working within scalable systems.
- Passionate about culture, aesthetics, and community, but equally disciplined in execution and details.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple sourcing workflows simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, you enjoy connecting creative and logical worlds.
- Hungry to learn, great at taking feedback, and motivated to level up your craft every week.
This unpaid internship is intended primarily for students who are required to complete an internship as part of their studies. The role is based at Creed HQ in Stockholm.
